Telangana to Establish Statewide Eye Care Clinics

The Telangana government is going to set up Eye Care Clinics all over the state.

These clinics will be like the Day Care Cancer Centres that are already there.

The idea is to make sure people can get eye care services easily and regularly.

The Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital will be the main hospital for these clinics.

A special doctor will help make sure everything runs smoothly.

There is also a group of experts who will study eye diseases in the state and suggest the best ways to treat them.

Before this, there was a program called Kanti Velugu that helped people get glasses, but many who needed surgery didn't get it.

The government wants to make sure this new plan works better.
