Two IPOs Announced: Trualt Bioenergy & Pace Digitek

Two companies, Trualt Bioenergy and Pace Digitek, are selling shares to the public in what is called an IPO, to raise money.

Trualt Bioenergy is an ethanol producer, aiming to collect about ₹839.28 crore.

Pace Digitek, a telecom infrastructure provider, seeks ₹819.15 crore.

Trualt's IPO opens September 25 and Pace Digitek's on September 26, 2025.

Trualt will use funds to expand and for working capital; Pace Digitek will invest in capital expenditure.

These funds help the companies grow their businesses.
