Youth Celebrate Pradhan's Resignation at Mumbai's Shivaji Park
A large group of young people, mostly college students, gathered at Shivaji Park in Mumbai to celebrate the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
They waved the national flag and held posters of B R Ambedkar and the Constitution.
The protest was called off after 36 days, during which many people protested against exam irregularities and the NEET paper leak.
Political leaders Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray were scheduled to address the gathering to congratulate the youth.
The protesters also paid tribute to 21 NEET aspirants who had committed suicide.
