Mahindra Lifespace Q1 FY27 Profit Surges to ₹85.55 Crore
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced a big increase in their profit for the first three months of the financial year 2026-27.
Their net profit after tax went up to ₹85.55 crore, which is a lot more than the ₹51.26 crore they made in the same period last year.
The company's total income also went up to ₹977.54 crore.
However, some of their smaller companies and partners had losses.
The results were checked and approved by the company's board on 23 July 2026.

Consolidated profit before tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹111.00 crore, up from ₹41.60 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company's standalone net profit for the quarter was ₹90.13 crore, compared to a loss of ₹33.82 crore in the previous year.
