BTR Education Initiatives Drive Post-Conflict Transformation
Imagine a place called BTR that had some problems in the past.
To make things better, they started a bunch of new school programs.
These programs give kids money for school, help schools get better, and teach them about science, space, and how to get a good job.
Some kids are now going to really good colleges, and many students are learning science in fun ways.
BTR is now showing how education can help fix problems and build a better future.
The Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) is undergoing transformation after the 2020 Bodo Peace Accord.
Nine educational missions have been launched to foster knowledge and opportunity.
Initiatives include scholarships, school adoption, STEM and space education, and career counseling.
The Bodofa UN Brahma Super-50 Mission has helped students qualify for IIT, NIT, and NEET.
BTR is the first in Northeast India to institutionalise space education at this scale.
