Hyderabad Police File 3,700-Page Charge Sheet in Advocate Murder

Police in Hyderabad have filed a very large chargesheet about advocate Khaja Moizuddin’s death.

They say the killing was connected to a long-running dispute over Waqf properties.

Police accuse Mujahid Alam Khan and his father, Mahboob Alam Khan, of arranging and paying for the murder.

The alleged payment was ₹15 lakh.

Investigators say a group used an SUV and tried to make the death look like an accident.

The police say they found evidence showing it was actually a murder.

The evidence includes recordings, phone records and vehicle-related information.

Two people named in the case have not yet been arrested.

Moizuddin’s son is asking the Telangana High Court to cancel Mahboob Alam Khan’s bail.
