RINPAS Celebrates Centenary, Unveils New Mental Health Initiatives
Imagine a special hospital called RINPAS that helps people with mental health problems.
It's been around for 100 years!
To celebrate, they had a big party.
Important people came, and they released a special stamp and some books.
They also started new programs, like a video call service and an online school, to help more people get better.
The leaders talked about how important it is to take care of people with mental illness and promised to make the hospital even better.
They also want to stop the unfairness that sometimes happens, where people with mental illness are treated poorly.
RINPAS celebrated its centenary with a formal event.
A special postal stamp, a souvenir, and books were released.
New initiatives include a Tele-Mental Health Video Conferencing Service and a Digital Academy.
The government will review and improve infrastructure and academic arrangements at RINPAS.
