Rape accused shot in leg during police scuffle
A man who is accused of a very serious crime was hurt when he tried to run away from the police.
The police had to stop him, and during the struggle, he got shot in the leg.
The man has been in trouble with the law many times before.
The police are keeping him for a few more days to ask him questions about what happened.
