Open Gym Opens at Gorakhpur Jail for Inmates

Imagine a gym, but outside!

That's what the Gorakhpur District Jail just got.

It's for the inmates to exercise and feel better, both in their bodies and their minds.

Around 1,000 inmates will be able to use it, with schedules for morning and evening workouts.

On the first day, some inmates did yoga.

The women inmates will get access to the gym once a boundary wall is built.

Officials also checked other parts of the jail, like the kitchen and hospital.

At the same time, a legal event helped solve some cases quickly.
