Delhi to Establish AVGC-XR Excellence Center
The Delhi government is setting up a special center called the National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for AVGC-XR.
This center will help young people find jobs in areas like animation, visual effects, gaming, comics, and extended reality.
The government wants Delhi to become a big hub for these creative jobs, so people don't have to move to other places for work.
They are also making plans to attract foreign studios to Delhi.
The government is working on special rules to support this sector and is learning from other states like Maharashtra to make the best plan for Delhi.
They have already worked with Netflix to show an animated series and plan to do more such events in the future.
