Revanth Reddy to Pray at Medaram, Launch Widows' Pension Programme

The leader of the state of Telangana, called the Chief Minister, is going to visit a district named Mulugu.

He will go there on August 16.

There are two tribal goddesses named Sammakka and Saralamma that many people worship at a place called Medaram.

The Chief Minister will offer special prayers to these goddesses.

He will also start a new help programme that gives a pension to widows and single women who need support.

A pension is money given regularly to help people buy food and other needs.

Officials will check applications sent by August 31 to decide who can get the pension.

The Chief Minister will also start big road projects that will connect villages better.

He will open new offices and show a statue of Telangana Thalli, the mother of the state.

Officials are working hard to get everything ready before he arrives.
