Visakhapatnam Police Arrest 81, Recover Over ₹1 Crore in Stolen Property
In April 2025, Visakhapatnam police caught 81 people suspected of being involved in 98 crimes.
They found back a lot of stolen things, worth over a crore of rupees, including gold, silver, and cash.
The police are also working to stop crimes before they happen by putting up many cameras and teaching people about crime.
They even used drones to watch certain areas.

Property worth over ₹1 crore was recovered, including gold, silver, cash, and motorcycles.
Recovered items included 562 grams of gold, 701 grams of silver, and ₹7.84 lakh in cash.
482 CCTV cameras were installed in various locations as part of preventive measures.
Police conducted crime awareness meetings and used drones for surveillance in crime-prone areas.
