Rahul Gandhi Hails Jharkhand Dialogue After Exams Scrapped

Students in Jharkhand were protesting because they alleged problems with some recruitment exams.

The state government cancelled the 2024 JSSC-CGL exam.

It also cancelled recruitment tests conducted by TDPL since 2014.

Student leader Devendra Nath Mahto had been on a hunger strike for 16 days.

He ended the strike after the government made its announcement.

Five other protesters reportedly ended their fasts too.

Rahul Gandhi said talking together was the right way to solve the problem.

He also said students should receive answers when they raise questions.

Gandhi called for a fair system that rewards students for their hard work.
