Trump Sues BBC Over Election-Interference Documentary With Low U.S. Streams

Trump Sues BBC Over Election-Interference Documentary With Low U.S. Streams

Donald Trump is very upset with the BBC, a TV company in Britain.

He says the BBC made a movie about him that was unfair.

The movie showed two parts of a speech he gave on January 6 joined together to look like one.

Trump says that made him look like he was telling people to do something bad.

He is asking a court to make the BBC pay a huge amount of money, $10 billion.

The BBC says not many people in America watched the movie.

Only about 285 people in the U.S. might have watched it.

The BBC says even that number is not certain, because internet addresses can look like they are in America when they are not.

The BBC said sorry and admitted the way the speech was edited was a mistake.

A court will have to decide what happens next.
