Rhea Chakraborty says father was denied hospital job over surname

A famous actress named Rhea Chakraborty talked about something sad that happened to her family.

In 2020, another famous actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, passed away, and lots of people asked questions about it.

Rhea's dad was offered a very big job at a hospital, where he would be the medical superintendent.

But when the hospital found out his last name was the same as Rhea's, they said they could no longer give him the job.

Rhea said this showed how all the attention about her case also hurt her family.

On a TV show, she was asked whether she would rather be called an 'Innocent' or a 'Traitor.'

She chose 'Innocent' because she felt people suspected her for a long time without proof.

She said she received a clean chit this year and no longer wants to feel under suspicion.

Rhea and her brother were arrested once in a drug-related case, but she got out on bail.

Now she is back at work and appears in the second season of a show called 'The Traitors.'
