Wunmi Mosaku Joins 'Mango' as Executive Producer

Wunmi Mosaku has joined the short film 'Mango' as an executive producer.

The film is written and directed by Joan Iyiola in her directorial debut.

It tells the story of Zadie, a London florist who is suffering from fibroids, which are benign tumors that can grow in the uterus.

The film shows Zadie's struggle as she searches for help to control her changing body.

Olivia Nakintu plays Zadie, with Danny Sapani and Paul Chahidi also starring.

The film premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and is now launching on Disney+ across Europe.

Wunmi Mosaku and other producers hope the film will help raise awareness about fibroids and support women's health.
