Godrej Properties Q1 Results: Sales Dip, Profit Rises
The housing market is changing.
Godrej Properties, a big real estate company, had fewer sales bookings this past quarter compared to last year.
However, their profits went up, but revenue decreased because of delayed project completions.
The company expects steady growth in the housing market instead of big jumps and has big sales goals for the coming year.
Godrej Properties' sales bookings were down 18% year-over-year in Q1.
Net profit for Godrej Properties increased by 15.3% in Q1 to ₹598.40 crore.
