Education Minister Urges Students to Innovate for World

Pralhad Joshi asked students to use their ideas to solve real-world problems.

He said young people should create solutions for India and for people everywhere.

He spoke at an innovation challenge in Bengaluru.

Students from schools, technical institutes, colleges and universities are taking part.

They are encouraged to notice problems such as wasted water, garbage and traffic.

Their ideas should make everyday life easier for ordinary people.

The best ideas may receive mentoring and help to become useful products or services.

Joshi also mentioned renewable energy and green hydrogen as important areas.

He said innovation will help India reach its goal of becoming a developed country by 2047.
