Rajasthan to Organize Gram Utthan Shivirs
The Rajasthan government is setting up special camps called Gram Utthan Shivirs in villages to help farmers and people who raise animals.
These camps will run from January 23 to February 9.
There will be 2,839 camps in total, and they will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM each day.
Before the camps start, village meetings will be held on January 22 to tell everyone about the services that will be available.
At these camps, people can get help with things like building fences for their farms, getting soil health cards, and setting up irrigation systems.
The goal is to make it easier for villagers to access government schemes that can help them with farming and other rural development activities.
Gram Utthan Shivirs will be held in two phases from January 23 to February 9.
2,839 camps will be conducted across the state, open from 10 AM to 5 PM daily.
Gram sabhas will be convened on January 22 to inform villagers about the camps' activities and services.
Services include farm fencing, pipeline works, soil health cards, seed minikits, irrigation systems, solar pump installations, and scheme applications.
The initiative aims to streamline access to agricultural and rural development schemes at the village level.
