Andhra Pradesh Clears Rs 22,178 Crore Tech Investment Push

Andhra Pradesh has approved many new business projects.

Together, the 28 newly approved projects could bring investments of about Rs 22,178 crore.

They may create nearly 20,000 jobs.

Some projects involve artificial intelligence, quantum computing, electronics and biotechnology.

Other plans focus on ports, factories, clean energy and tourism.

The government wants ports connected to roads, railways, air cargo and waterways.

Amaravati is being promoted as a centre for quantum technology and AI-based biotechnology.

Visakhapatnam is expected to receive several technology and training projects.

The state says hundreds of approved projects could create more than one million job opportunities over time.
