APSPDCL Launches Direct Consumer Grievance Initiative
Imagine you have a problem with your electricity bill or the power going out.
The electricity company in a part of Andhra Pradesh called APSPDCL is starting a new way for people to talk directly to the boss.
Starting November 3, every Monday, you can call a special number or send a WhatsApp message to talk to the company's chief.
This is the first time they are doing this, and it's for people in nine different areas.
The goal is to help fix problems faster and make the electricity service better for everyone.
The boss wants people to use this chance to share their concerns so the company can listen and improve.
APSPDCL is launching the ‘Dial Your APSPDCL CMD’ initiative on November 3 for direct consumer interaction.
The program allows consumers to contact the CMD every Monday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Tirupati corporate office.
This is the first direct communication platform offered by the power distribution company for consumers across its operational districts.
Consumers can call 8977716661 or use WhatsApp at 9133331912 to register grievances and seek clarifications.
The initiative aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficient grievance redressal to improve service quality.
