Gurgaon court slams police, grants bail in Rs 32.5-lakh fraud case

Imagine you work at a big resort and help customers book parties.

Your boss says you took the money customers paid and kept it for yourself.

A woman named Richa had this problem at a resort called Karma Lakelands.

The company said she kept about Rs 32.5 lakh of customer money.

But Richa said she did not do it.

She told the court she was blamed because she complained that it was not safe for women at work.

A judge looked at the police report and said the police did not check the accounts or ask important questions.

The judge said a video of money changing hands is not enough proof without paperwork.

So the judge let Richa go on bail while the case continues.

Now the court will hear both sides before deciding what really happened.
