2 Teens Detained For Assaulting Minor Girl In Nalasopara
Two teenage boys are in trouble with the police because they are accused of hurting a young girl.
The boys met the girl on an app called Instagram and asked her to meet them.
When she went to meet them, they took her to a room and hurt her badly.
They also made a video of what they did and told her not to tell anyone.
They said they would share the video and hurt her family if she talked.
The boys shared the video anyway by sending it to the girl's uncle.
When the uncle saw the video, he went to the girl's house and she told her family everything.
The family then went to the police and asked for help.
Police are now looking into what happened.
In another sad case nearby, a younger girl said her uncle hurt her, and her family says police did not listen to them.
Two 17-year-old boys were detained after allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl last month in Nalasopara, Palghar.
The duo reportedly befriended the girl on Instagram and lured her to a chawl room on July 11, where the assault took place.
The teens allegedly recorded the assault and threatened to circulate the video and kill her brother if she spoke out.
The boys ultimately sent the video to the girl's maternal uncle, which prompted the girl to disclose the incident to her family.
A separate case involves a 10-year-old girl accusing her 50-year-old uncle of sexual assault; her parents allege Palghar police failed to register an FIR and intimidated the family.
