Apple's 2026 Foldable iPhone May Feature Liquidmetal Hinge and Touch ID

Apple is planning to release a new foldable iPhone in 2026.

This phone might have a special hinge made from a material called Liquidmetal, which is very strong and flexible.

The main body of the phone will likely be made from titanium.

The iPhone Fold is expected to have two screens, one on the outside and a larger one on the inside.

Interestingly, this device could also mark the return of Touch ID, integrated into the side button, instead of Face ID.

Apple is also working on under-screen camera technology to achieve a fully all-screen experience.

The phone is expected to cost around $2,400 and will be released in September 2026.
