Kristoffersen wins World Cup slalom before Olympics
Henrik Kristoffersen won a big skiing race called a slalom in Austria.
He beat his teammate from Norway, Atle Lie McGrath, by a tiny bit.
This win was special because it was his first in almost a year and his fifth time winning this particular race.
He was so happy that he cried.
Another skier, Clément Noël from France, came in third.
There are only a few more races before the big Olympics.
Henrik is now close to breaking a record for the most wins by a Norwegian skier.
Henrik Kristoffersen won the World Cup slalom in Schladming, Austria, beating his Norwegian teammate Atle Lie McGrath by 0.34 seconds.
This was Kristoffersen's first win in nearly 11 months and his fifth victory in the Schladming night race, setting a new record.
Kristoffersen's victory moved him within two wins of the Norwegian record for career World Cup wins, held by Aksel Lund Svindal.
Clément Noël from France finished third, while Lucas Pinheiro Braathen was fourth, losing his lead in the slalom season standings.
This was the last slalom race before the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics, with the next World Cup race being a downhill in Crans-Montana on Sunday.
