RBSE Class 10, Praveshika Exams to Be Held Twice Yearly

RBSE Class 10, Praveshika Exams to Be Held Twice Yearly

From the 2027 academic session, RBSE Class 10 and Praveshika exams will be held twice a year.

The two exams are called the Main Examination and the Second Board Examination.

A student’s marks in each subject will be considered across both exams.

The higher subject-wise marks from the two exams will be used.

If a student still does not reach the passing mark in even one subject, they will be marked “Essential Repeat.”

These students can take all subjects in the next session’s Main Examination.

The information provided does not explain why the twice-yearly schedule is being introduced.
