Delhi Court Frames Rape, Murder and Robbery Charges

A Delhi court has formally accused Rahul Meena of several serious crimes.

The case involves the death of a 22-year-old woman.

Prosecutors say Meena had previously worked as a helper for her family.

They allege he entered the home while her parents were away.

He is accused of attacking and sexually assaulting her.

He allegedly strangled her and took valuables and phones.

Her parents found her unconscious and doctors later declared her dead.

Meena was arrested at a hotel on the day of the incident.

The court has scheduled the next stage of the trial for September 7.
