Mohanlal to Star in Film About India’s Ukraine Evacuation
Operation Ganga is a new film starring Malayalam actor Mohanlal.
It is inspired by India’s 2022 mission to bring Indians home from Ukraine.
Many of the people being evacuated were students.
The movie will show the dangers and difficulties they faced.
Vishnu Mohan is directing the film.
Arjun Rampal, Bhagyashri Borse, Parthiban and Adil Hussain are also acting in it.
The project was earlier called L367.
Gokulam Gopalan is producing the film through Sree Gokulam Movies.
Mohanlal announced that he will headline Operation Ganga, inspired by India’s 2022 evacuation mission in Ukraine.
The film was previously titled L367 and is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Vishnu Mohan.
It will depict the challenges faced by Indians, including students, while returning home during the Russia-Ukraine war.
Arjun Rampal, Bhagyashri Borse, Parthiban and Adil Hussain are part of the ensemble cast.
The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the Sree Gokulam Movies banner.
