BC Wards See High Demand in Adilabad
In Adilabad, there's a big competition between Congress and BRS parties for Backward Class (BC) reserved wards in the upcoming municipal elections.
The government has included some Muslim groups in the BC-E category, which means they can now get special benefits.
This has made more people want to run for these reserved seats, especially in areas with many Muslims.
Both parties are having a hard time choosing candidates because so many people want to run.
There will be meetings to discuss this, with important leaders from different areas attending.
The main places where this is happening are Adilabad, Kagaznagar, Nirmal, Bhainsa, and Khanapur.
