Retired Sanskrit Scholars to Teach via Osmania University Digital Lessons

Some very smart people in India know a lot about Sanskrit, a very old language.

Many of them are retired teachers.

A university called Osmania University wants to record these teachers.

They will visit the teachers at their homes.

Then they will use computers and artificial intelligence to make online lessons.

There will be 440 lessons in total.

Students will be able to watch these lessons to learn Sanskrit.

The project is paid for with money from IIT Bombay and the Indian government.

This way, students can learn from the best teachers even if they live far away.
