President Murmu to Attend AIIMS Bilaspur Convocation, Visit Atal Tunnel
President Droupadi Murmu is visiting Himachal Pradesh for three days.
One of her main events is the first graduation ceremony at AIIMS Bilaspur.
She will attend as the chief guest, and graduating medical students are expected to receive their degrees.
The governor, chief minister and Union health minister are also expected to attend.
Murmu is also scheduled to visit Hidimba Temple and the Atal Tunnel on October 7.
The tunnel helps people travel between Manali and the Lahaul-Spiti Valley throughout the year.
Officials have made security and traffic plans for her visit.
She is scheduled to return to New Delhi on October 8.

On October 7, Murmu is scheduled to visit Hidimba Temple and the Atal Tunnel at Rohtang.
The 9.02-kilometre Atal Tunnel provides year-round connectivity between Manali and the Lahaul-Spiti Valley; security and traffic arrangements have been made for the visit.
