SpaceX Prepares for Mega IPO
SpaceX, the rocket and satellite company owned by Elon Musk, is getting ready to go public.
This means they will sell shares of their company to the public for the first time.
They have chosen four big banks to help them with this process: Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley.
SpaceX hopes to raise a lot of money, more than $30 billion, and they think their company is worth about $1.5 trillion.
They have already told their employees not to talk about the IPO because there are rules about that.
This IPO could be the biggest ever.
