A 14-year-old girl in India got sick with a cold and a fever.

Her parents took her to a small village clinic called Sampath Clinic.

A doctor there gave her an injection to help her feel better.

But right after getting the injection, the girl had trouble breathing.

Her family rushed her to a bigger hospital in Khammam.

Doctors there tried to help her and checked her heart, but sadly she died.

Her father thinks the injection caused her death.

He went to the police and said the clinic was not careful enough.

Now the police are investigating what happened.

The clinic doctor is missing, so nobody knows yet for sure what caused her death.
