MAHA TET 2025 Results: In-Service Teachers Excel
The MAHA TET result 2025 was announced on 16 January 2025.
Candidates who took the exam on 23 November 2024 can check their scores on the official website, mahatet.in.
The exam had two papers, each with 150 questions, and no negative marking.
Candidates have until 21 January to raise objections to the answer key.
Those who pass will receive a certificate, which is important for teaching jobs in Maharashtra, but it doesn't guarantee a job.
To pass, general category candidates need to score at least 60%.
Many in-service teachers, who had to take the exam due to a Supreme Court ruling, did well.
Some teachers, like Somnath Walke and Anand Anewad, passed on their first try.
They said the exam should focus more on teaching skills than just facts.
More people took the exam this year because of the Supreme Court's rule, and more people passed than usual.
