NSUI President Arrested in Cyber Fraud Case
A man named Arshman Khan Baloch, who is the president of a youth organization called NSUI in Bhavnagar, was arrested.
He is accused of helping cyber criminals by letting them use his bank accounts to receive stolen money.
In return, he kept 25% of the money as his payment.
He also used the money to buy expensive cars and property.
The police found out about this when someone reported that they lost ₹47.50 lakhs in a fake investment scheme.
Baloch met the cyber criminals while he was in Dubai.
He would collect the money through a special delivery service called Angadia and then send most of it to the criminals using cryptocurrency.
This is not the first time he has been accused of something like this.
Arshman Khan Baloch, NSUI president, was arrested for his role in a cyber fraud case.
He allegedly provided bank accounts to cyber fraudsters and took a 25% commission on hawala funds.
