Elephant Lakshmi to Grace Hyderabad's Bonalu Celebrations
In Hyderabad, there's a big celebration called Bonalu happening in July!
An elephant named Lakshmi, who is 33 years old and from a place in Karnataka, is going to be part of it.
She's coming to Hyderabad with permission from wildlife officials and will be in three special parades.
The Endowments department helped arrange her visit because the original elephant, Roopavathi, couldn't come.
They made sure Lakshmi is healthy and safe for the trip, with rules about her care and a vet on hand.
The organizers and the owner of the elephant need to follow specific rules during the celebrations.
Lakshmi, a 33-year-old elephant from Karnataka, will participate in Bonalu celebrations in Hyderabad.
