YSRCP Accuses Education Minister of Mega DSC Scam
The YSRCP, a political party in Andhra Pradesh, says that the state’s education minister, Nara Lokesh, helped run a scam when hiring teachers.
They say jobs were sold secretly and that athletes who won medals were unfairly treated.
The party wants Lokesh to quit.
They plan protests and hunger strikes.
The government has not answered the accusations yet.
YSRCP leaders filed a complaint demanding Nara Lokesh’s resignation over alleged Mega DSC recruitment irregularities.
The party claims jobs were sold through back‑door deals and that sports quota rules were violated.
YSRCP plans town‑hall meetings, hunger strikes, and rallies from August 3 to 10 to pressure the government.
YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said the protests were a response to the former government’s failures.
Neither Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu nor Minister Lokesh has responded to the allegations.
