15th Generation Potter Om Prakash Galav at Bangalore Dastkar Bazaar 2025
Om Prakash Galav, a potter from a long line of potters, is bringing his unique creations to a craft fair.
He makes beautiful pots, pans, and other items using old techniques but with modern designs.

Om Prakash Galav is a 15th generation potter from Rajasthan, specializing in Kagazi Alwar pottery.
He is the winner of multiple awards including the International Craft Awards (2017) and National Award (2010).
Galav creates traditional craft pieces as well as modern designs like pots, pans, and lampshades.
He is also an advocate for environmental conservation and conducts workshops.
Galav's brother, Ishver Singh, will represent the family at the bazaar.
