Gurpreet Singh Wins Silver in 25m Centre Fire Pistol
Indian shooter Gurpreet Singh almost became the world champion in the 25m Centre Fire Pistol competition.
He earned a silver medal after a very close match against Ukraine's Pavlo Korostylov, who won gold.

This is Gurpreet's second World Championship silver medal.
Another Indian shooter, Harpreet Singh, finished ninth, and Sahil Choudhary was 28th.
Overall, India had a good showing at the championships, finishing third in the medal count with 13 medals.
Gurpreet Singh won the silver medal in the men's 25m Centre Fire Pistol event at the ISSF World Championships.
