Court Orders ACB to Probe MLA for Misuse of Public Funds

A court in Mumbai has ordered the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to investigate a complaint against Mangesh Kudalkar, a Shiv Sena MLA.

The complaint alleges that Kudalkar misused public funds meant for development works in his constituency.

Instead, he allegedly built a hall and commercial centers on a plot reserved by MHADA.

The court found the allegations serious and directed the ACB to register an FIR and conduct a thorough investigation.

Kudalkar has said he is unaware of the matter and will comment only after receiving official information.
