HDFC Bank to Disburse ₹20 Crore to Startups by March 2026
HDFC Bank is giving ₹20 crore to startups by March 2026.
This money is part of a program called Parivartan Startup Grants, which helps new businesses that solve social and environmental problems.
The program supports 10 different projects in areas like climate change, farming, and technology.
Since 2017, the program has helped about 500 startups, with 40% of them coming from smaller cities.
The bank works with special groups called incubators to find and support these startups.
Meanwhile, the Haryana Government is also focusing on startups.
They are setting up AI hubs in Gurugram and Panchkula and providing financial aid to startups.
They want to make Haryana a hub of innovation and are encouraging startups in smaller districts too.
HDFC Bank plans to disburse ₹20 crore under the Parivartan Startup Grants programme by March 2026.
The programme will support 10 strategic initiatives across priority sectors including climate innovation, agriculture, and AI.
The programme follows an incubator-led, portfolio-based model for startup support.
Since 2017, the programme has supported about 500 startups, including 87 in FY25.
Cumulatively, the programme has deployed over ₹85 crore in grant funding, with 40% of supported startups originating from Tier II and Tier III cities.
