Karnataka Political Turmoil Over Scam and Scheme
In Karnataka, the BJP is protesting against the Congress party.
They say the Excise Minister is involved in a big money scam and should resign.
The BJP also thinks the money is being used for Congress's elections in other states.
The Congress, meanwhile, is protesting because the central government wants to replace a job scheme called MGNREGA with a new one called VB-G RAM G. The Congress says this new scheme is not as good and will hurt rural areas.
The Governor also refused to read a speech prepared by the state government, which made the situation more complicated.
Both sides are blaming each other for not following the rules.
During a protest rally, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah lost his cool when some Youth Congress workers started shouting slogans in favor of Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar.
Siddaramaiah shouted at the workers to keep quiet, but they did not listen.
This incident highlights the ongoing power struggle within the Congress party in Karnataka.
