IAF Conference Focuses on Readiness and Innovation
The Indian Air Force had a big meeting called the Western Air Command Commanders’ Conference 2025.
The Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Anil Chauhan, and the Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal A P Singh, talked about how important it is to be ready for anything and to keep learning new things.
They also talked about making the Air Force stronger by using new technologies and making things in India.
At the same time, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh praised the officials who helped with mock drills during Operation Sindoor.
He said they did a great job explaining things to the public and keeping everyone safe.
He also advised young civil servants to use social media for good and to always be ready to help people.
Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan emphasized the need for continuous adaptation, tactical innovation, and strategic foresight in the evolving security environment.
The two-day Western Air Command Commanders’ Conference 2025 ended on November 28, with a focus on operational readiness and professional competence.
Air Chief Marshal A P Singh reaffirmed the IAF's commitment to national security and highlighted the importance of investing in air warriors' training and welfare.
Prof Ajay Kumar Sood and K Rajalakshmi Menon discussed the importance of self-reliance and technologically advanced systems for the IAF.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh praised the administrative officials for their role in Operation Sindoor and advised young civil servants to use social media for good and to always be ready to help people.
