Gabbard Plans to Cut ODNI Workforce, Cites Inefficiency
The US government is planning to make significant changes to its intelligence agency, the ODNI.
They are cutting the number of people working there by about half.
The head of the ODNI, Tulsi Gabbard, says the agency has become too big and doesn't work very well.
As part of the plan, the agency is expected to save over $700 million each year.
A special center created to watch out for foreign meddling will also be closed down.
