TN Govt Pushes Kadambur Biodiversity Park Development
The Tamil Nadu government is working on a big project to create a special park called the Kadambur Biodiversity Conservation Park.
This park will be near Chengalpattu and will cover a large area of 137.65 hectares.
The goal is to make the park a place where nature can thrive, and people can learn about and enjoy the environment.
The park will have different areas that show the five classical Tamil Sangam landscapes, like forests, wetlands, and grasslands.
There will also be gardens, a place to see clouds up close, and paths for cycling.
The government is working with the World Bank to make this happen.
They will first study the land and remove harmful plants.
Then, they will clean up a lake and build facilities for visitors.
The project will also make sure to protect the environment and help local people find jobs.
The park is expected to be a great place for nature and a model for other similar projects.
