Religare Enterprises Appoints Four New Directors, Including Burman Family Members

Imagine a company called Religare Enterprises is like a big team.

Some important people, called the Burman family, who are already known for other big companies like Dabur, are now joining the Religare team.

Three members from the Burman family are becoming new helpers, called directors, and so is the boss of another company called SAMCO Group.

The company also has a new main money person (CFO) and a new person to make sure everything follows the rules.

This is happening because the Burman family recently bought a lot of Religare shares, and now they are officially considered the main owners.
