Byju’s Parent Settles Aakash Dispute as NCLT Halts K3 Sale
Think & Learn, the company that owns Byju’s, and Aakash had disagreed about a share sale.
They told a tribunal in Bengaluru that they had now settled that disagreement.
Earlier, Aakash withheld some shares because it questioned whether money used by Think & Learn came from abroad.
This caused Think & Learn’s recorded ownership to fall from 25.75% to 10.99%.
Another tribunal case concerns equipment and other assets belonging to Byju’s K3 Education.
Those assets were reportedly worth about ₹150 crore but were auctioned for about ₹16 crore.
