Odisha is a big state in India.

It usually makes money from digging minerals out of the ground.

Now its leaders want to make money from food too.

They invited business owners to a special meeting in New Delhi.

The business owners promised to spend lots of money on food factories and food projects in Odisha.

They promised to spend about 41,748 crore rupees.

That is a very, very big amount of money.

These projects could create more than 43,000 new jobs for people.
