Power Utilities Recycle Thousands of Kilograms of Plastic
Two power companies, Tata Power and Adani Electricity, are doing their part to help the environment.
Tata Power's program turned a lot of plastic waste into new fabric products, creating jobs for women and earning over 20 lakh rupees.
Adani Electricity also recycled a lot of non-biodegradable plastic waste.
They are both working to reduce and get rid of single-use plastics.
This is all happening in Mumbai, and the news was shared right before World Environment Day to highlight their efforts.
