Sonata Software and Wharton to Explore Agentic AI in Enterprises
Sonata Software, a tech company, is teaming up with the Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative, a research group at the University of Pennsylvania.
They're going to study "agentic AI," which is like having AI systems that can make their own decisions.
They will work together on how these AI systems should be used in companies, making sure they're safe and follow the rules.
In 2025, they will host a meeting to discuss challenges and opportunities.
The goal is to learn how to best use this new type of AI to help businesses.
Sonata Software partners with the Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative (WAIAI) to research agentic AI.
The collaboration focuses on AI governance, compliance, and human-AI collaboration.
Sonata Software and WAIAI will co-host a one-day event on agentic AI in Fall 2025.
The event will include discussions and demos with experts from both the academic and industry sectors.
The partnership marks Sonata Software's first major engagement with a U.S. Ivy League institution.
